Monthly installments include high-speed internet, valet living, water, sewer, electricity, and access to all community amenities. We also cover $30 of your electric bill, and $10 of your water/sewer bill each month. Any overages are added to your resident ledger.
Utilities such as parking, water, sewer, and electricity are not included in the monthly installment amount. Our community partners with a third-party billing service to conveniently add water, sewer, and electric bill overages to resident ledgers each month.
Each apartment home comes with standard appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, garbage disposal, washer and dryer.
We provide both common area and bedroom furniture. This includes a sofa, ottoman, side table, mounted TV, entertainment stand, end chair (select floor plans), bar stools, Alexa, full-size bed, mattress, dresser drawers, nightstand, desk, and desk chair.
Yes, every unit will have a mailbox available for use by the U.S. Postal Service. All residents in an apartment will share the same mailbox.
